I have been seeking and am tired. Not tired enough I guess. I realized that what I am seeking is Rest. Stillness. I have put a limitation, a label, on existence.
If what I want is Rest, then what I will get is Rest.
What if that is not All?
I have found mechanicalness in my nature which I thought was true and sincere. I have been disgusted, depressed, and overwhelmed. I have found humor.
What has happened? Nothing.
Of course "people" and "things" and "states" were "experienced."
But what is lasting? Real?
The knowledge that there is no one to lead me, to guide me, to give the answer.
That there is no answer as long as one is sought. Why do we need answers anyway?
No path. No guru.
I think I have to give up my personal history and life situation to achieve something. This doesn't feel right, yet this impedes freedom. (Or so "I" think...)
Alas, these are all thoughts. I welcome them but do not cling to them.

At the end of the day we are left with me, myself and I. (Three is NOT a crowd.)
What’s the consensus?
Love, Bo
Who is here to make the consensus? :-)
(I agree, “three” is not a crowd.)
Just you. Only you. A consensus of one, actually. You are the only one who’s opinion counts, because only you know your intention.
Actually, (this is off the subject) when I am really contemplating something, I run it by my chakras. Here’s how I do that. I get still and center myself in each chakra, one by one, and pose the question. Then I wait for a feeling, impression, or even a straight out answer before I go to the next chakra. I usually start at my root chakra. It is always interesting to get feedback from my chakras. When there is a consensus there, it is a strong indication to me as to how I should proceed.
Love, Bo
Thank you Bo. I may try it.
In Athoughtstream, you have posed the following question :
“But what is lasting? Real?
The knowledge that there is no one to lead me, to guide me, to give the answer.
That there is no answer as long as one is sought. Why do we need answers anyway?
No path. No guru.”
That is a Realisation.
Be with yourself, your Self, above your external being, above your “personal history” in time. Find you Self, That is the Way, That is the Guru.
Sincerely,
Barin

Finding the Self now….which is so close that for some reason it is difficult to find.
Thank you Barin.
